Service Guarantees & Conditions
These conditions apply to all services offered by Linea Beauty, in-salon or at home.
1. Booking
Booking can be done:
- via WhatsApp (+261 38 98 689 70)
- via social networks
- via the website (contact link)
The booking is considered confirmed after validation by Linea Beauty.
2. Hours
Standard hours:
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday and after hours:
Services are possible by appointment only.
An additional fee may apply.
3. Home Services
Home services are possible subject to availability.
- Additional fees apply (travel).
- The rate depends on the zone, the requested service, and the time.
- Exact conditions are communicated before appointment confirmation.
4. Rates
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on:
- hair length
- requested service type
- additional options or treatments
- specific requests
The final price is confirmed before the service.
5. Lateness
Out of respect for organization and other clients:
- a delay of more than 10 to 15 minutes may result in service adjustment
- depending on the schedule, the appointment may be postponed
6. Cancellation / Rescheduling
For any cancellation or rescheduling, please notify us as soon as possible.
In case of repeated cancellations or missed appointments, Linea Beauty may request prior confirmation before rescheduling a new appointment.
7. Hygiene & Safety
Linea Beauty applies strict rules of hygiene and cleanliness.
For everyone’s safety, Linea Beauty reserves the right to refuse a service if:
- the condition of the scalp/skin presents an obvious risk (infection, open wound, etc.)
- the requested service is incompatible with the safety or condition of the client
8. Results & Expectations
Each person is unique, and results may vary depending on:
- skin type
- hair type
- post-service maintenance
Linea Beauty attaches great importance to providing quality service but cannot guarantee a result strictly identical to a reference photo if conditions do not permit it.
9. Complaints
In case of any issue after a service, please contact Linea Beauty as soon as possible via WhatsApp to find a solution.
10. Modification of Conditions
Linea Beauty reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, especially in case of changes in services or rates.
